Real Talk for depressives 

In case you suffer from a 'delicate' depression:
Try to set yourself a time when you're gonna wake up and then do it! No checking your phone or watching Youtube videos for one hour to get awake. Just leave your bed and make yourself ready for the day.
If you can handle to do this, you'll definitely feel a little better for the rest of the day because you did not spend the whole time in bed!

and please do not start shitstorming me like 'What do YOU know about depression?!111'

For sure this is not a universal weapon for everybody and definitely not a big help for people who suffer from a really bad depression. But for people who start feeling like they are driving into a hole...this can (and yes, I said CAN) make a difference.
